To accelerate Germany’s nationwide fiber rollout, we designed Fiber Hub — a central digital platform that simplifies the coordination of hundreds of construction teams and millions of customers. The tool brings full transparency to a highly complex infrastructure process by enabling users — from homeowners to property managers — to track construction progress, engage with key milestones, and manage appointments seamlessly.

Through user research, journey mapping, and iterative design, we created a solution that turned a once opaque process into a smooth, live-tracked journey for all stakeholders.

Optimised telematics apps for streamlined fleet management
Inseego offers a wide range of products including 5G and IoT devices, software, and services. Some of their most popular products include 5G mobile hotspots, 5G fixed wireless access points, and IoT devices such as asset trackers, AI-powered dashcams and telematics devices. I have been working with Inseego to gain insight into the challenges faced by fleet managers. The goal was to enhance the user experience and interface of the Inseego's driver and in-vehicle app, which enables fleet managers to monitor and control their fleet of vehicles and drivers. With a fleet management tool, managers can improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity.

As a small business seeking greater awareness for its exceptional services and products, the challenge was to rebrand and enhance the online shopping experience. Through a rebrand and website redesign, the business now offers customers the opportunity to easily shop for effective, safe, and affordable natural health products. Additionally, customers can request free naturopathic advice and access informative articles on natural health and well-being.

Emergency healthcare is a universal human right
International Federation for Emergency Medicine (IFEM) is a global organisation with the aim to ensure high quality emergency medical care for all people. IFEM works to achieve this through educating, advocating and supporting growth of the emergency medicine specialty in every country. IFEM wanted a website that would act as a living document of expertise, provide easy access to resources and facilitate networking between emergency medical workers from around the world. The new website would foster collaboration between health professionals on a global scale.

It aims to raise awareness about the dangers of alcohol consumption during pregnancy and the lifelong impacts it can have on children. The new website is a valuable resource for healthcare providers, educators, and policymakers, as it provides them with the information and resources they need to better understand and support individuals affected by FASD. With its commitment to providing ongoing support and updating the website based on user feedback, FASD CAN New Zealand is helping to create a better future for those affected by FASD.

Their online campaigns aim at addressing concerns such as compensation, working conditions, and staffing levels.
